A Better Plumber made it easy to get my service scheduled, they confirmed their arrival by text and showed up on time.They quickly diagnosed the problem as a problem with my fridge, not the plumbing line.They gave me thorough advice on calling lowes and what to tell them about the defective part of my fridge.Not looking forward to my next plumbing problem but do look forward to working with Beau again when the need arises!

BEWARE! WARNING! 🛑 Anywhere Rooter is a very unrealiable and unprofessional company. First, the police were called for a dispute between my neighbors, a lead pipe, and their employee driver which could not provide a drivers license to the 6 officers that responded to this call. Second, Anywhere Rooter did not wait for utility locate from Xcel Energy and/or United Power before service rendered as is protocol I was informed; these companies came the next day. Finally, the Anywhere Rooter technician during service filled my water line with dirt and most importantly, rocks! which in turned filled my sprinkler valve causing flooding from 14 zones throughout our 2.5 acre yard! 😱 I called Anywhere Rooter explaining the situation and problem. The receptionist was clearly aware of our situation as I'm sure the boss was contacted after the police issue and she found it all quite humorous.🤔 Clearly requiring resolution I still made an appointment for the next day. Anywhere Rooter did not show and/or respond. I still to this day have not received any form of communication. But make no mistake my check was cashed the same day service was rendered. Maybe Anywhere Rooter was concerned I would stop payment for such shocking and poor service? If you are looking for quality, realiable service from a reputable company:🛑🛑 Anywhere Rooter this NOT it! Go somewhere, ANYWHERE ELSE!!🛑🛑 I would not recommend this company to anyone. Again... BEWARE- WARNING🛑🛑When you think of Anywhere Rooter think ANYWHERE ELSE!

Leon was great? He was very responsive to our needs. He arrived when he said he would and most of all, he was honest! If you need a Plumber, I highly recommend Leon at Royalty Plumbing!
