We had multiple issues with our heating and had spent thousands on other companies who never fixed the issue. Chris came out in the middle of a cold snap and was able to get it right the first time and in one day. His knowledge and professionalism was evident start to finish. Price was fair and the job was done right. Couldn’t have asked for a better result. Thank you!

Have had a few repair instances with these folks and while the service has been great, scheduling an appointment has been difficult at times.Josh, Ray, and Dustin did a great job with, respectively, my AC repair, bathtub trim replacement, and annual HVAC checkup appointments. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done efficiently.However, it took weeks to get my bathtub trim replacement appointment set up. I had a very difficult time getting ahold on the project coordinator and there was constant confusion with which service I needed and what my estimate was. My AC repair and HVAC checkup appointments were in contrast incredibly easy and straightforward to set up so maybe it was just a busy period or a one off instance but it did make me more hesitant to go back to Quality First.

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

Trying to find a plumber is equivalent to going to the dentist for me (anxiety-producing). I had a leak occur in the middle of the night and initially went with another company because they were the first to answer a call to help me understand that the leak could wait until the morning. When the plumber came out, he shut off the main water from the street and quoted a fair price. He recommended additional work that I wasn’t sure needed to be done. I also felt uncomfortable around him. He left my bathtub a mess, tracked in mud and dirt, it felt chaotic, and he wasn’t paying attention to details. I preferred to go without water to the house to obtain a second opinion.

That very same day, To The T Plumbing sent Kameron to assess the situation at their end of the day. Immediately I knew I was in good hands with Kameron. His demeanor, professionalism, he was careful not to track anything in the house, and more. He also did not believe that I needed to replace the other part initially quoted by the other company. He said he preferred to fix the immediate issue and then check if there was anything wrong in the other area, which ended up not needing to be replaced, saving me $475.

Kameron did an exceptional job! He cares about details, he cares about cleanliness, he cares about the art of plumbing. He thinks outside of the box to make sure the job is done right the first time. I am beyond thrilled to FINALLY find a plumber that I TRUST and am looking forward to working with them again soon - proactively replace old parts before there’s a bigger problem down the road. I’ve wanted to be proactive about plumbing for a long time, just never found the right company - until now.
