I've never been more afraid for my life then I was today on i25 when a man in a KingRooter van pulled up extremely fast on me in the middle lane, so I moved over. After about 5 miles I knew Denver traffic was about to begin so I merged onto the toll way. Upon driving through traffic I see said KingRooter van weaving in and out of traffic with no care in the world for his life or others on the road, I ended up passing him and bunch of traffic but for some reason he felt the urge to cut across four lanes and make an illegal cross over solid lines to ride up on my back end the swerved around me and proceeded down the toll road, and just seconds later he started swerving in and out of traffic with no regard for anyone else. I sure hope this get handled proportionally to the drive and not the company as a whole.

Michael got to the source of our plumbing leak very quickly, fixed it with as little intrusion as possible, and explained exactly what he did to fix it.We were supposed to have a toilet installed on the same day, however it seems the team was not informed that that was going to be the case and the work on that couldn't be done. Main job was done very well, but there seems to be some slight troubles with communication between teams.Still very much appreciate Tipping Hat and they've provided us with great service.

My water heater does not work today and no hot water coming out. I tried to fix it myself but to no avail. Called multiple companies to have it fixed asap but they are giving me 3 to 4 days for an emergency repair. Good thing Roto Rooter answered my call. They called me back and sent a technician within 30 minutes and told me they can check my tank. Turns out it is unrepairable and they have a replacement unit with them.
