Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

John and Danny provided me with a quality assessment of my old Lennox furnace. The explanation of repairs or replacement options was appreciated with no pressure to commit to either. Both Danny and John were very respectful and positive about the service they provided. I haven't made a decision yet as to what furnace I would purchase but your company is high on my list for consideration.

Joe Shirey #1695 did a great job. I called on a Sunday night and they came within an hour of calling! Expensive but worth the great service and knowing it was done right. Joe was very thorough in his explanation and I feel comfortable knowing what was causing the problem.

I was referred to this company from my home warranty company. I spoke with an older lady on the phone, she was super rude and they didn’t want to give me taken care of for four weeks. She then said she could do it within two weeks. I made the appointment and cancel it a day later because she was so rude. Do NOT work with them!!!
