The people at Brothers were terrific! I had my electrical panel destroyed but a huge tree branch. They came out the same day, installed a new box and had me up and running!

I had Mike K., Jake H.,Johnathan E.and Lena Out for service.They were awesome. Very professional and informative about what they are doing and why. We had kind of an emergency and they were out within a couple of hours to help out. I will certainly call them again if I need more service.

Plumbline was a great choice for me. My technician, Dominick Marsal, was terrific! He was very detailed in explaining to me my options with getting my water heater fixed/ replaced. He showed great patience in answering all my questions. Explaining so that I understood what was wrong and what needed to be done. He was also able to identify a water pressure issue ( just from the sound it made) so it could be fixed at the same time. Plus he did the job same day, in less time than I was expecting. I couldn’t be happier!!

I had used another plumbing company for years but was getting tired of their impersonal approach when I was dealing with them. When it came time for sewer repair on the new house I called James based on all these great reviews. I am not disappointed as he came out instead of just sending a technician. After scoping the line he brought up some options and I got the entire line replaced for a little more than the repair would have been. While completing the work his guys removed the cover on an outside electrical outlet. When James came by later he put the cover back on. Attention to the little things didn't go unnoticed. Elliot (In training) and Bob did a great job for me. My kitchen sink was backed up and they were in and out of my house in about 35 minutes from start to finish. They offered some good advice on monthly maintenance to keep them from having to come back. Rotorooter also has a 6 month warranty on the pipe clearing so that is always a good thing.
