The installer from the Home Depot contracted company came out to install the new water heater and immediately started looking for things he could claim needed to be done to increase the fee. Rooter Town agreed to come out that very afternoon. Roscoe and JR evaluated the situation and recommended a good reliable water heater. They checked out the situation that the other plumber wanted to replace and found that there was no issue and no need to do that extra work.Roscoe and JR had to replace some of the old plumbing to bring it up to code (this was known and expected). The parts they used seemed to be high quality and better than the parts used 12 years earlier when the water heater was first installed. I found Roscoe and JR to be very professional. They took great pains to let me know what they were doing and why. We were in a bind and Rooter Town helped us out and my anxiety is no more.
