Best Pipe Repair in Aurora CO

Had quite a rude encounter with one of the servicemen. I own a gas station and this driver decided to park on a spot where deliveries come and go to eat at McDonald's. I kindly asked him if he could park elsewhere and he refused. Unfortunately a delivery truck came and had to park and blocked him in. After done eating his meal he was very rude to us and our delivery driver and was aggressive on making his way out. Well maybe you shouldn't park on a spot that says no parking to begin with and especially be rude back to a potential customer when you are in your company's uniform.

My water heater died Saturday before Easter. I wasn't going to even call over the holiday weekend, but decided to about midday Sunday. They answered the phone. And we agreed to schedule a replacement on Monday. (I was not going to ask someone to come out on Easter sunday), but was glad I could get on their schedule. Monday they arrived promptly at the time we agreed, install was quicker than expected, job is clean and well done. They submitted permit. Much better experience than dealing with some of the mega plumbing outfits I have used in past. Ivo was my technician. He answered all my questions and even gave me extra info about my pressure valve.

Tankless hot water heater vent was damaged in a recent hail storm. Technician did nothing to repair / replace the vent, which I just order from Supply House for $80. He did, however, try to talk me into buying a new HVAC system for up to $15k and was sure to point things with my existing system that have been there for numerous years. System runs fine BTW and looking at my HVAC system wasn’t why I called. My tankless was why I called as it was throwing an error code 10, which means there’s an airflow blockage. Likely, when the hail shattered the vent, pieces of the plastic were sucked into the unit causing the blockage. Anyway, first and last time calling this company for anything.

Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

Having used Bell Plumbing for several years now there was no doubt who I was going to call when my furnace went out Sunday night. When the initial service call revealed that a new furnace was needed I had no second thoughts as to having it replaced by Bell. They sent Mark & Fred to my house on Wednesday and from the time that they arrived I had no doubts that I was in good hands. They arrived first thing in the morning, they were friendly, courteous, and above all professional. After the install they cleaned up after themselves, which is something I have not seen other companies do. Over all a pleasant experience.

I have used this company alot, both years ago and more recently. As a general rule we get good solid service of snaking out sewer lines at a reasonable price. Most recently we had technician George who did a great job and has been doing it for years. It's not rocket science. If you get a less experienced technician, he may not be as familiar with the subject of sewers, but he can still manage to get the job done and get the blockage cleared.

Landon was awesome and made the whole process of buying a furnace and AC so easy. He explained everything along the way and answered all the questions we had. Ben explained all the electrical work to us and did a wonderful job going the extra mile and really caring about doing a great job. Romeo made sure that we understood what was happening, left the place cleaner than he found it and even touched up paint to make sure we would be happy. John did an incredible job with the furnace and AC, and we couldn’t be happier with the efficiency of the system. I’m sure his hard work will pay off dividends for years to come. My wife and I are so glad to have chosen Tipping Hat, and their employees made the whole process extremely easy even for us new home owners.

We had a drain break in our master bath Monday morning and Jason was out and installed a new one the same day so we could get started on water mitigation. We’ve tried several of the larger plumbing service providers since moving here and had just accepted that plumbing work in Denver must be 5x the price it was in Indiana. Millennial proved us wrong! They were extremely affordable, responsive and great communicators. We won’t use anyone else.
