Michael Lia was fantastic. From the initial walk through he instilled confidence that he and his team at tipping hat would be able to change out my boiler system, home water filtration system and upgrade my very confusing set of valves and pipes leading to the base board heaters and radiant floor heating. I have nothing but good things to say about Michael and his team at Tipping hat! With something so important as heating a home in Colorado a saying comes to mind. “Cheap work ain’t good and good work ain’t cheap!” If you think their bid is expensive just imagine how expensive it would be to be to go with the other guys and then have to fix all the mistakes.Now onto Floyd Sisneros. As with Michael I have nothing but great things to say about Floyd. Floyd really knew his stuff. My old system was one of a kind that was confusing and done all wrong. His professionalism, attention to detail, workmanship and knowledge are second to none! Floyd went above and beyond in all aspects of this job. I own a high voltage electrical construction company and if Floyd was a high voltage electrician my company would have made him an offer on the spot.Both service pros Juan Garcia, Senad Sarajlija and Dan (don’t know last name) were excellent as well. They were professional and courteous the entire two days this project took.I highly recommend Tipping Hat!!

Wonderful customer service! The dispatchers were friendly and helpful. The plumber, who came to my house was Austin. He was so knowledgable, respectful, and explained everything he was doing step by step. He put on booties every time he came inside the house (not necessary but very appreciated). They are pricey, especially after hours, but I would recommend Plumbline... sometimes courtesy and quality work is worth spending a little more
