This crew, picked by Michael L, including Austin, Dan, Cory, Sean, Remington, Noe, Jamie and Shannon were awesome. They were on the job quickly and finished our furnace/AC and water heater install in about 8 hours. This was in a small area, so they had to coordinate their work to get it all done that quickly. They were cognizant of keeping the path to our job area as clean as possible and they, every one of them, patiently answered any questions we had. They were courteous and respectful. Each of them reflects well on Tipping Hat and we'd be happy to recommend this business.

I am so grateful we found Quality First, and specifically our technicians, Sam and Michael. They were prompt to show up both times we needed them, they were thorough while explaining the issues and costs, and they gave us a few options that could work for us. Ultimately and most important, they were able to fix the issues that were presented to them. Katie and Bree were extremely helpful in the scheduling process as well as billing, and just made everything super easy for us. We will begin a maintenance contract from now on with them so we can continue to use their services.

Edit- i’ve used Befort for three or four different occasions now and each time has been nothing but excellent. I will call nobody else but them !! Great prices, even better work!! Anytime I’ve had to call, Jessica has been nothing but helpful and very friendly in every situation, I look forward to calling anytime. Marcus has been out at least on three occasions and is very professional, on time, and his work is hands-down amazing.

Big John was professional and was able to go out of his way to find a way to fix my plumbing and not have to get a new tub. 2 previous companies wouldn’t even try without installing a new tub. I am so glad I called Befort!!! 100 stars ⭐️

Marc Rachal and his NextGen Plumbing company did outstanding work for us. They installed a new shower fixture, and four vanity sinks with new faucet fixtures. They did all of this on time and budget. They were very organized and left a clean worksite at completion. We recommend NextGen Plumbing.

I can't say a whole lot that's positive here, so here goes... They were on time. They answered questions that most people don't ask. Their estimates were very high. When I submitted an insurance form to be filled out at the request of our insurance company, I never heard back. I ended up paying out of pocket after going with a referral from a friend, since everything drug out so long. It seems as though they are only going after high dollar replacements. Some friends had a similar experience.

I had a wonderful time working with this company. Nothing ever goes wrong and they are very experienced. I will always hire them.
