I never leave reviews and I hope this helps when choosing the RIGHT company.
This company was called due to pipes clogged up in house. When repairs were finished the technician Kimball stated that the sewer line was in need of repair drastically.
This company put a lot of pressure to fix the sewer line and a check was provided to them that day. Because they stated the work would be done that week. Work was never started as they stated “waiting for approval from city”. After hearing same story for a month I decided to ask for a refund.
They immediately stated they can get out the next day to start. I refused and asked for a refund in which they said there was a 25% cancellation fee. However they did not inform me on the cancellation fee prior to the work they said they would do. They stated that I signed a contract that agreed to the work.
When I asked for all of our documents that I signed they stated that I had them all. There was a receipt from work they did in basement. However no receipt for the work they were supposed to do on the sewer line. They still took that money and only provided an invoice that I had to ask for. But again there was no signature for that work from my end.
Now I have been waiting for an additional month on this refund. Which they have told me anything from “they will be sending it or they are having technical issues on sending a check”.
It is a shame that there are companies out here that will scam people for their money and claim to be a legitimate business.
It is also frustrating that there was no communication from their end as well as no communication within their company too. It almost seemed as if they were trying to wait me out on my refund giving me every excuse in the book as to why they never sent out the refund or anyone I spoke with it seemed as if they were just hearing about this issue for the first time and were clueless.
As of now refund still has not been received. I will issue a statement to the BBB. As well as a follow up with the fraud department and going to small claims court.

Fantastic service! The two gentlemen who came to our aid arrived exactly when the dispatcher said they would, were respectful of our space and the time we are living in (ie they wore masks the entire time), and were clear about what they were going to do and what it would cost. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter again if we have another issue.
