Roke was able to get my furnace running swiftly with clear information of what went wrong and how to prevent in future. He did not sell me any uneeded parts and I can reccomend the individual.The price of the call was 150.00 I think it would have been a better experience if the cost had been 100.00.

Woke up this morning to our toilet overflowing and leaking down in to our kitchen.Called mile high and they came right out.Pete did a great job of fixing the problems right away and was vary reassuring.He was even a little early which we appreciated very much.

Update: I originally wrote my review two years ago and I've used David's services again in 2023. I purchased a home and David installed a new water heater for me. Although the water heater had issues about two months after install, David resolved the issues very quickly and professionally. I appreciate that he takes great pride in his work and came out to my home to deal with the issues I had with my water heater. While I do not wish to have any issues with home plumbing, I am glad that Sound Plumbing is here to take great care of my home plumbing needs.

I needed a valve replaced and found Sound Plumbing. Don't be fooled by the fact that David has only been running his business about a year or so. He is a licensed plumber and does excellent work. The valve I needed installed was in an unconventional location. It posed some challenges but David did a thorough job addressing the challenges as well as listening to me as the client and ensuring all of my concerns were addressed. I am glad that I found David and look forward to hiring him again for future plumbing needs.
