Best Bathtubs Repair in Aurora CO

It was a pleasure to deal with King Rooter, plumbing problems can be nasty and expensive. After calling King Rooter, they showed up same day (other companies said they were booked a few days out) the technician was very professional and diagnosed the problem . Ended up being broken sewer line which backed up the sewer into our showers and tubs . After they gave us options instead of telling us what we needed. . They installed a liner and solved our problem. My wife and I highly recommend these guys .

The service was great after someone came to my house. Colin completed the work in a very timely manner. However when I called the first time on 5 Dec someone was suppose to come to my house that afternoon between 1-5pm. however someone called me around 3pm and said they could not make that day and would 8 am - 12pm the next day 6 Dec work and I said yes, well the plumber showed up around 3pm, that was not between 8 am - 12pm. Then that plumber apologized and said he did not have the correct parts and could Colin come by on Monday 10 Dec and do the repair. I guess so if that is my only option I thought.

Terrible service. My garbage disposal is not running correctly but Mikhail , serviceman from this company, said it is just getting old and he didn't do anything about it. Home warranty didn't pay for fixing my garbage disposal like they suppose to do because this guy didn't want to do his job. Please be careful with this company.

Ross explained what he was doing before doing it, showed me what was in the pipe that caused the clog. I made the appointment online got a response in 10 minutes that a tech would be out between 1PM and 5PM. Ross arrived at 1:30. Roto Rooter is a little pricey but the great customer service and response time is worth the price. I give Ross 10 plungers out of 10 awesome service.
