My technician, LaVonte White, was extremely professional, on time, and set me at ease by talking me thru everything. He had me patched up in less than 30 minutes and back in business!

I called this company to take care of drainage in the kitchen. Waited for a long time and when called they said they called some phone number (not the one I gave) they canceled it. The manager was so rude, and condescending and was very hostile. She did not want to honor the scheduled appointment and unilaterally canceled it. I called another company and they were willing to come in 30 minutes and take care of it. Never again I will call this company as they have no customer service skills and very rude with the public.
