I'm am not a fake I called and asked for a appt he was very rude! Told me it would be a minimum of 180.00 and he would text me for my address and details! Unprofessional to handle business with a text a phone call would have been better IMO! I found another company who could come immediately and for a better price. I called Chris and nobody answered so I left a message because the recording said leave a message that I was canceling. He then called and told me I should have kept calling til someone answered that it would have the right thing to do I let him know as thought he was rude the first time we spoke.

Had an appointment set up for today, 12pm to 1pm. It is now 4:30 pm, and no one has called or shown up.

Mason came out today and like all the Milestone Technicians he was courteous and helpful.Cody Watts and another Technician came out and did our ac repairs today changed out a coil in one unit. Of course we are Very Pleased.
