Amazing good experience

ProCo Plumbing was very fast to respond to my initial call. Technician was friendly, polite, professional & got the job done fast. Strongly recommend and will call them for any future plumbing issues.

I had a great experience. Got an appointment the next day after I called. Diego was fast and took care of everything we needed. He gave us good info on a few other issues we were thinking about, telling us which were the most important and which not to worry about. I will call them next time I need a handyman!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend S&T plumbing. I used them because my business had used them for many years. I called them to fix a toilet at my house that had a sewage smell. The plumber replaced the wax ring. A couple days after the wax ring was installed, the toilet quit flushing. My husband and I decided to replace the toilet instead of having them back out to look at it. We've been wanting a new toilet anyways, so it was a good excuse to bite the bullet and buy a new one. The people we had install the new toilet found a ball of wax and paper left behind in the toilet. When I called S&T to tell them what had been found in the toilet, so they were aware of what their plumber had left behind, I asked if they would be willing to refund me any money for the poor service. (Since paper was also left with the wax, it was apparent that it was not by mistake. The paper and wax was a result of carelessness and a shot-y job). They said no. There is even more to the story, however, it's not worth me typing a novel. Needless to say, my business as well as my family will be finding a new plumber. S&T was unwilling to remedy the situation to save 2 customers, one customer being a business. I would not recommend them.

The Technician was very professional, helpful and friendly.

Called one of the big companies I used before but they would not estimate sight unseen. Couldn’t risk being hundreds off, I understand but at the end of the month really just needed ballpark for such a simple gig and needed completed same day without having to call some one else if it was too high. And I don’t have the time to do it myself.

NIKKI to the rescue. Estimated over phone, keep in mind it was a couple of simple toilet supply line shut off valves ( just note she may not be able to estimate large gigs sight unseen - and I wouldn’t either). She was prompt in communication, arrived when she estimated and made repairs so quick and done right! It took like maybe 45 minutes at most! Nikki will be my new go to plumber - Plus she is local! Support your local businesses! You should use Nikki’s for ALL your plumbing needs!!

Highly recommend! Brandon Harrison is awesome! Very responsive, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He explained what was wrong, what needed to be repaired and expected resolution. He left his business card for us call if we had any questions/concerns. Quality work!

George Williams, the Quality Assurance Educator was awesome in explaining the details of the whole A/C/HVAC system. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but his great sense of humor added to the highly professional approach made the experience very pleasant and satisfactory. I definitely would recommend Tempo Air to anyone.
