Best Building Maintenance in Irving TX

Came out to look at waterfall wall faucet that had little flow. Plumber said it was probably the cartridge. Came back the following week with a cartridge. The manufacturer had gone out of business. Replacing the cartridge didn't help. The plumber had no idea what to do. They get two stars only because he didn't charge me for the cartridge or the 2nd call.

Called another plumber who had more experience with types of wall faucets. He took the plate off and cleaned the area where the buildup happens. No parts needed.

Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and anyone working with him is in good hands. Very happy with the experience we had working with his company.
