Unfortunately for me I have used Herndon McFarland twice in the past year for foundation leak. Each time they scheduled appointment in a timely manner, were on time and performed work as previously discussed, including listening to homeowners' concerns.

Replaced 2 50 gallon water tanks with much smaller and efficient tankless recirculating Rinnai system. VERY RESPONSIVE, smartest team ever seen and great service by Wesley and Cory, and the owner Patrick who personally stopped by to check in on us.
