Last Sunday, I called the company to unblock my clogged bathtub, and they booked me an appointment for next Monday morning. The plumber came earlier than scheduled. He was helpful and thorough with his work; he managed to unclog the bathtub in a few minutes and gave me a decent quote for the service. He didn't try to upsell me anything. Bobby did a great job educating me on my garbage disposal and the different options for replacement. When he got to our home he was kind enough to take the time to show me three different cleanouts on the side of the house and in the garage, in case of future line clogs.
