Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. Called on a Tuesday to arrange for an A/C appt on Saturday. Received a vague phone call from a representative on Friday evening at 5:30 stating that their A/C technicians will be unavailable for the Saturday morning appointment. He gave no reason or alternative, simply that I needed to call in and reschedule... Reschedule I did... With ANOTHER A/C COMPANY! I have never dealt with Mike Diamond before. Figured they were legit based on their whacky radio commercials and lofty promises. I should have listened to all those reviews on Yelp and taken into consideration their 2 star rating. They've forever lost my business and I will be sure to spread my experience to friends and family so that they can avoid them as well.
