He arrived on time 11am. Our home has hardwood floors, with a crawl space under the house. He Cleared the sink drain in the master bedroom in 10 minutes. Then had him work on our bathtub.He had to crawl under our home at least 5 times in the next few hours.Ended up having to cut out a section of drain pipe with the trap. He Built and installed the replacement. Then, demonstrated that everything ran clean and clear. He made sure. He left the work area was clean and ready to be used. He left for his NEXT job well after dark. We are VERY satisfied with the work that needed to be done. VERY Professional Job. IF we ever need/require a plumber again it WILL be Mr. Rooter for sure. VERY good workmanship.

Our technician, Wesley, did an AMAZING job of fixing our plumbing issue! He was on time, they called before they came, he was super friendly, and he knew his stuff. He worked quickly and was super clean. Our dishwasher was having problems where water was pouring into the sink from the air gap each time we ran the dishwasher. He had to clean out the smelly disposal line, and he did a great job with it! After he finished, he even ran a cycle to make sure it was not having water flowing out. He cleaned up everything when he was done, and under my sink looks better than ever! Super happy with my plumbing experience and Wesley. I would definitely recommend him and Roto-Rooter.

Just had my A/C installed Friday. I'm super happy. Got exactly what I wanted and at a really readable price. cyrus was super and worked with me to get within my budget and still get what I needed. demario and edgar the crew were great, knowledgeable and on time. When I called them on Sunday evening, they came right away and taught I will have to get it done maybe another day which would have made me miss work, but they didn’t mind about time they went extra mile and made sure all the work was done the same evening, and the price was very reasonable compared to what my neighbor told me that she pay to other company. I was completely satisfied and this will be my forever company to go to.

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.
