Fast and friendly

Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.

Patriot cancelled for no good reason the day before the appointment. Their excuse: Couldn’t park close enough (despite there being parking right next to the building). Did they ask about it? No.

John Rice was our Plumber and he was excellent. He was able to fix our clogged drain that a different plumbing company wasn’t able to fix yesterday. Highly recommend requesting John! He will take good care of you.
