A friend referred us to Michael who is the owner of Duggan Plumbing and Rooter Service and we could not have been more relieved. Woke up this Saturday morning to find that our wall heater had crapped out, and the temps in our house had plummeted to the high 50s. Our regular heating guy doesn't work weekends, and our second choice couldn't fit us in until after Christmas. Got the number of Socal PH&AC from a friend, and cyrus showed up less than three hours later; he quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of the repair at a reasonable price, and was extremely pleasant and funny to boot. He will be our go-to guy from now on!

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Very responsive and accommodating. Very knowledgeable person accomplished all necessary work quickly and professionally. Highly recommend. Our issue was high waterpressure causing “water hammer” noise. Installed new pressure regulator, and the issue was solved.

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.
