Best Water Heaters in Irvine CA

I had my heater not getting hot water at my business so i called this company and the technician came . But the heater was located up in the ceiling so i was told they will have to charge me $200 to go up check up just for checking up!
Result?? He didn’t fix anything, just left with the money i paid after that i called another company got my heater fixed.

David Miller is honest, hardworking, the perfect plumber. He was involved in my complete kitchen overall in 2011, so glad to have met him. He did the plumbing, the appliance instillation, a new window, a tankless water heater.
I have used him several times. Work is completed as I asked, prices he charges are reasonable. I would recommend David without reservation.

Our technician, Wesley, did an AMAZING job of fixing our plumbing issue! He was on time, they called before they came, he was super friendly, and he knew his stuff. He worked quickly and was super clean. Our dishwasher was having problems where water was pouring into the sink from the air gap each time we ran the dishwasher. He had to clean out the smelly disposal line, and he did a great job with it! After he finished, he even ran a cycle to make sure it was not having water flowing out. He cleaned up everything when he was done, and under my sink looks better than ever! Super happy with my plumbing experience and Wesley. I would definitely recommend him and Roto-Rooter.

Very impressed with these guys. We got 4 estimates to replace our furnace and AC and decided to go with SOCAL PH&AC not only because of great pricing but that gut feeling of really genuine people who are passionate about their work. Tim was very patient with us and even came out a second time to clarify the work, type of system, and answer final questions we had before deciding to go with them. He responded timely to every email. The day of installation went better than expected. Our installers were Edgar and Demario. They were personable, neat, and knowledgeable. I woke up Sunday morning to a flood from my water heater and is started calling around and Irvine water heater man was able to come out Sunday and gave me a better price than the other companies I had called he does clean work and very knowledgeable highly recommend him
