This was the second time this individual (didn’t catch his name) has helped us. He was out a year ago to fix an emergency pipe leak in bathroom #1 and did a fantastic job fixing it at 5am. We noticed a similar issues starting to happen in our bathroom #2, so instead of waiting for the emergency leak to happen, we called Roto Rooter to fix it before it got worse. The same man came out and fixed the probably in less than 30 minutes. He was very kind, professional, and followed social distancing procedures.

I usually do not write reviews online but after working with Repipe 1, I truly believe that they deserve nothing but praise. I was having a problem with my hydronic heating system in my condominium so I had a plumbing company come out to hopefully fix what was happening. During the inspection, they found lots of corrosion on some copper pipes and valves that had been replaced by Repipe 1 in the year 2014. By the way, this wasn’t the cause of my heating malfunction, it ended up be a faulty thermostat. But none the less, they advised me to fix the corroded pipes because apparently they were going to eventually fail. The estimated cost to repair? Over 2 thousand dollars! I realized I had my condo repiped in 2014 by Repipe 1, so I called them and I spoke with Veronica. She was so professional and courteous. I have nothing but praise for her. She had me send her some pictures of the piping and apparent corrosion which I promptly sent to her. She thanked me and told me that they would review the pictures and get back to me. Within 24 hours, Veronica notified me that they were sending a supervisor out in three days to replace the pipes. I was so relieved and grateful that this company would stand behind their work which was done 8 years earlier! Actions speak louder than words and this company totally came through🙏Ricardo , from Repipe 1 came out to perform the repairs. He was very polite and professional and he obviously knew what he was doing . He had a lot of knowledge about the hydronic heating system, and that was a huge relief to me. Very few heating and air conditioning companies will even work with this type of heating system? I can’t thank Ricardo enough for the excellent service provided to my family. Parzival returns calls quickly and is usually able to arrive the same day. Work is done professionally and for a fair price. We have used them five times now and will call them next time too.

Ryan Andrews worked incredibly hard and late to solve our heating issue rather than leave an elderly couple without heat for the night! He is a wonderful representative of his company and its founder Kevin Kalka who always come through for us!

Steve is a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber. He immediately evaluated my broken pipe issue and had it repaired it quickly. James was on time and very through with inspections and the process. He gave me various options and suggestions before starting the process and even lay out the complete pipeline situation on my house so I have a better understanding of why and how everything works. He even offered to clean the pipes and made sure everything worked the way it should.
