A few months back we had an emergency back-up in our main line. Disgusting water was backing up out of our toilets and into our downstairs tub. A friend referred us to Michael who is the owner of Duggan Plumbing and Rooter Service and we could not have been more relieved. He was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue straight away. I don’t know what we would have done without his help and he has gained a customer for life with us. Jason Wisneskie was thorough and explained well what he had done. He answered my questions honestly and thourally. During shelter in place, he was respectful of my need for distance and caution. He confirmed completely to CDC recommendations. All that and he does good work. I will ask for him next time.

My AC unit had a leak and I was told that the most efficient way to have the AC running again was to add more freon. However, the leak was more severe than they thought so the technicians decided to locate and fix the leak, and now the issue is fixed permanently.

Last Sunday, I called the company to unblock my clogged bathtub, and they booked me an appointment for next Monday morning. The plumber came earlier than scheduled. He was helpful and thorough with his work; he managed to unclog the bathtub in a few minutes and gave me a decent quote for the service. He didn't try to upsell me anything. As big as this job was I expected my house to be in shambles when they were done! I was happily surprised that they were so professional, efficient, timely and cleaned up where they made the holes, spackle and all! I hardly could see where they made the holes! I highly recommend them to all I come in contact with that need this service!
