Highly recommend these guys. Discovered that I had a leak on a Sunday. Someone was out in less than 1 1/2 hours. Identified the problem and solution. Scheduled repair for next day. Plumbers showed up this a.m. with all COVID protections. Leak is fixed and everything cleaned up in less than 24 hours from first call.

Everyone was very professional, respectful and responded quickly. I was very impressed with the level of amazing customer service support. They were at my house within a couple hours of me calling them for help. The technician Saul was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a lot of grease in our pipes so he wasn’t able to clear the clog in our kitchen sink. He recommended the Hydro Jett. Again, the Hydro Jett technician was there quickly and finished in less than an hour. I’m impressed with the quality of employees that work for rooter hero. However, the reason for the 2 stars and I would have only given 1 star, but the employees were so amazing. But, the cost of the service was astronomical. I researched the service Hydro Jetting and we paid double what others in our area charged for the same service. I recommend you research before paying the company prices.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, easily figured out why my sink was draining in to my dishwasher. He also recognized other potential problems with our 20+ under sink and explained them to me and showed me photos. He genuinely was not trying to upsell me, he just kindly educated me what potential issues we might have in the near future. He was the first plumber ever to bring a cleaning agent and clean my under cabinet before putting all my stuff back in. They were able to schedule my appointment within 3 hours and communicated when he was 20 minutes away. I am highly satisfied.

The service requested was a inspection of potential water damage. Patriot plumbing was quick to respond and we were able to get an inspection by the next day. They came on time, with the right tools, and were very professional. It was also good to have someone that took the time to explain what they were doing and their processes.

Hasan responded very quickly and quarterbacked to get a camera out to find our leak. Once found, he made the repair to the pipe. He is a pleasant and thorough young man and Roto Rooter was well represented by him.Give him a raise! Thank you!
