Best Rooter in Irvine CA

I used him few months back, he showed up on time but after trial & error to find a problem still charged me for stuff he did that was not necessary. His rates are extremely expensive and faucet that he fixed are broken again. I even asked a friend that used him and he too no longer going to use him . there lots of other plumber that know their stuff and doesn't take you to cleaner. Absolutely not recommend him

I was kept informed about the appointment and which plumber would show. Worked to clear my drain and provided answers to all my questions.

It was so nice to get a quick response for the leak under my sink and to handle it the issue right away. Plus getting a great value for the new water heater. I had a clogged sewer line. My plumber was out of town so I called Rooter Hero at his suggestion. They responded and communicated well and Eric came exactly at the agreed upon time. Unfortunately the result of the visit was bad news--I need to reline or replace all of the cast iron pipes under my old house. Corey came to scope the pipes and confirmed that they were entirely rotted out. Total for cleanout and camera diagnosis was $399. Estimate for pipe repair was 23K. I only wish they had marked the location of the damaged lines so I could inform a second bidder for the repair job without them having to re-do the camera work.

These guys were great, super responsive on time and competitive prices. I had another plumber out prior for days, not able to get done what needed to be done and they got it done on the first day within minutes…. We’re honest about everything. I would definitely use them again! Highly recommend.

Thomas and Gregory are fantastic at what they do. They came out following a leak in one of my lines, replaced the section and advised on what to expect next.

Following all the drywall repairs, they came back out to put the washer and dryer back since the laundry room was affected, as well as fully reinstall the water heater back to its spot following drywall repair behind its spot. The quality of the re-installation was even better than how it was in there before when we purchased the home. Thomas is a perfectionist and I'd recommend him to anybody that wants their plumbing done right.
