Cyrus called 3 hours ahead of my scheduled time. He had a cancellation and was wondering if I was open earlier. If I hadn't been pre-booked I would have loved it. But I did greatly appreciate the thought.

He came when scheduled, checked out the furnace, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what was happening and how he was going to fix it.

I usually do not write reviews online but after working with Repipe 1, I truly believe that they deserve nothing but praise. I was having a problem with my hydronic heating system in my condominium so I had a plumbing company come out to hopefully fix what was happening. During the inspection, they found lots of corrosion on some copper pipes and valves that had been replaced by Repipe 1 in the year 2014. By the way, this wasn’t the cause of my heating malfunction, it ended up be a faulty thermostat. But none the less, they advised me to fix the corroded pipes because apparently they were going to eventually fail. The estimated cost to repair? Over 2 thousand dollars! I realized I had my condo repiped in 2014 by Repipe 1, so I called them and I spoke with Veronica. She was so professional and courteous. I have nothing but praise for her. She had me send her some pictures of the piping and apparent corrosion which I promptly sent to her. She thanked me and told me that they would review the pictures and get back to me. Within 24 hours, Veronica notified me that they were sending a supervisor out in three days to replace the pipes. I was so relieved and grateful that this company would stand behind their work which was done 8 years earlier! Actions speak louder than words and this company totally came through🙏Ricardo , from Repipe 1 came out to perform the repairs. He was very polite and professional and he obviously knew what he was doing . He had a lot of knowledge about the hydronic heating system, and that was a huge relief to me. Very few heating and air conditioning companies will even work with this type of heating system? I can’t thank Ricardo enough for the excellent service provided to my family. Very professional had a emergency he came right away and fixed the problem had all the parts and fixed it quickly great service.

My water heater had been leaking for awhile. It was clear I needed a new one. At my neighbor's suggestion, I called Sage Plumbers. Brendan and Alex came over the same day and assessed the situation. Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Brendan and Alex were able to have the new water heater installed before the end of the day. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Sage Plumbers. They provided me with excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and fair prices. I'm sure you'll be pleased too.

Amazing experience with Always. A/C has not been running cold so I called them up and they sent over Derek and Charlie the same day. They arrived on time, were super professional and knowledgeable.
