I was fairly pleased. The initial cost was reasonable, $195 to replace a faucet (I supplied the actual faucet). They found that there were 2 valves for the hot and cold water that were frozen and needed to be replaced. They charged me $280 for that, and that seemed pretty expensive. It only took him about 30-minutes to switch out both valves, and assuming the valves cost less than $20 each, then that's a rate of $480 an hour for labor.

We used this company for an issue with our heater that was blasting cold air through the vents instead of hot. After calling a different company the previous day that sent a guy who literally spent 12 minutes by the heater looking at it and telling us it was nothing wrong with it, the next day we tried Socal PH&AC and they sent out Tim. Tim was on time, very patient, listened to everything I was telling him it was wrong with the heater and took the time to figure out the issue. The heater is now working and Tim was very professional and courteous about the whole situation.

Excellent service and post service. Had my entire home re-piped few years ago and started to hear some noise in one of the wall. Repipe 1 sent someone over the next day and resolved the issue immediately. It was one of drain vents making noise. I appreciate Repipe 1's honesty and their employees are very professional.

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.
