I HIGHLY recommend Coastline Plumbing (CLP) for their knowledge, experience, professionalism, integrity, courtesy, and overall value. Dan and Daniel were fantastic to work with from the initial phone call to completing a job well done. Coastline has earned our business with their superior service and competitive pricing. They did a high-def, color camera inspection to determine what was causing a periodic backup in our main line every 12-16 months. Daniel explained everything we saw from the inspection video and what he recommended we do to solve the problem which I really appreciated. Daniel used a pipe locator to find the main line leading from the house to the street which minimized the amount of digging in our yard. We ultimately had CLP install a clean-out in our front yard along with some boring and hydro-jetting which fixed our problem and now we have a critical access point to the main sewer line for future service. I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Coastline Plumbing. Truly a solid company made of great people who take pride in what they do and how they service their customers.

Excellent customer service! I decided to upgrade to an WiFi Thermostat and had everything installed on the wall, but couldn't figure out why no power was being routed to the thermostat. I re-wired everything several times and still had no power. I took several photos and sent them to socal to see if they could help out and sure enough, they were able to solve my problem almost instantly! The sales associate who helped me was Tim - who explained everything in great detail and even went the extra mile in providing his personal phone number in helping me quicker when I followed his solution. The issues revolved around the furnace and wiring not being properly installed. And BAM, the WiFi Thermostat worked like a charm! Socal PH&AC was very helpful and recommend them 110% to anyone with AC/Heater/Thermostat troubles!

My water heater had been leaking for awhile. It was clear I needed a new one. At my neighbor's suggestion, I called Sage Plumbers. Brendan and Alex came over the same day and assessed the situation. Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Brendan and Alex were able to have the new water heater installed before the end of the day. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Sage Plumbers. When I called them on Sunday evening, they came right away and taught I will have to get it done maybe another day which would have made me miss work, but they didn’t mind about time they went extra mile and made sure all the work was done the same evening, and the price was very reasonable compared to what my neighbor told me that she pay to other company. I was completely satisfied and this will be my forever company to go to.

I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time. The job was done correctly and timely and I was told what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you!
