My water heater had been leaking for awhile. It was clear I needed a new one. At my neighbor's suggestion, I called Sage Plumbers. Brendan and Alex came over the same day and assessed the situation. Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Brendan and Alex were able to have the new water heater installed before the end of the day. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Sage Plumbers. Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

Nick from Parvizal provided excellent customer service AND technical expertise in clearing my kitchen sinks yesterday.

He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.

Nick ensured everything was working perfectly and left the area cleaner than when he found it. Having a professional Parzival plumber made a big difference in this job.

Expensive but bad warranty service. Spend $349 to change AC capacitor on a 3 years old Carrier AC. Promised their capacitor will last 10 years at least but broken again in 4 years. They donn't honor the warranty at all. Could just spend $120 on some other HVAC service.

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.
