Pro Star plumbing did a fantastic job. It's a family owned, veteran owned company. I called at 8 pm on a Wednesday and they answered right away. My water heater went out and they were able to come over the next day. Prices are fair and they do great work. Very efficient and they clean up beautifully. I will use them in the future. Highly recommend!

Slab Leaks Plus did a fantastic job for us! They came in and were able to find the leak in about 20 minutes. They were also easy to work with, did quality work, and their pricing was reasonable. Our leak was in a pipe under the slab of our house going to the downstairs lavatory. Through the wall of our house, Slab Leaks Plus disabled the leaking pipe and rerouted it. There was minor construction to our wall for repair, which was done nicely. I highly recommend Slab Leaks Plus and will not hesitate to call them again for future plumbing and slab leak needs.

There was a bit of a delay due to an earlier appt running long. However, once he arrived, he was very knowledgable. I had a couple of things done. One seemed pricey to me, but the other was a very good price (based on work by someone else several years ago). The pipe behind the drywall in my house was leaking so I've reached out to them for repair. They told me if the tech come right now, it'd be consider an emergency and will be $189 fee. I asked them what's other availability, and they didn't respond, and just said tech is available right now. I figure sure why not, they are eager to make the fee, and I am eager to get it fix. The tech arrived, took a few look and told me they can't do anything or even figure out where the problem is, because the leaking is behind the wall, and they need to me to hire someone to test for asbestos before they can open up the wall. They gave me a bunch of analysis, which is essentially what I've already told them. I was charged for a $189 fee even though they've done absolutely nothing except showing up. I am fine paying for the emergency fee under the premise that they can do something that I couldn't myself. If they can't diagnose pipe behind drywall, then this whole thing wouldn't have happen had they simply asked me the age of my home, and listen to me for the fact that leaking is behind the wall. I ended up hired somebody who actually know what they are doing. In addition, I had them installed Irrigation Plastic Control Valve in Feb, and the thing busted and leak by August. Sure, they fixed it under warranty for me, but the whole thing costed me over $3500, and I question their work's longevity. I will change my primary plumber to somebody more capable since this whole incident.
