Cyrus was very impressive with his demeanor and thoroughness of describing our options. He was also very receptive and explained our options when we told him the scope of our needs. We needed not only our HVAC system replaced, we also needed our entire ductwork replaced AND our hot water heater. He took it all in stride and gave us a great deal, saving us hundreds. Work was completed in two and a half days and they handled all of the permits and arranged for the city inspection.

Thankfully we won't need this done again for quite some time, but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate calling Cyrus and his people back out.Socal PH&AC are the best !!!!

Last Sunday, I called the company to unblock my clogged bathtub, and they booked me an appointment for next Monday morning. The plumber came earlier than scheduled. He was helpful and thorough with his work; he managed to unclog the bathtub in a few minutes and gave me a decent quote for the service. He didn't try to upsell me anything. I discovered a slab leak on a Thursday afternoon . I contacted Repipe1 and their representative was there Friday morning. I signed the contract and they had workers there By the Monday morning. Very responsive. By end of day Monday all the recipe work was done and I had running water again. The patching crew was there the next day and had all the holes patched and paint ready by end of day. All the work was done in two days. It was unbelievable. I have a background in construction and I am very particular, but I was very pleased with the professionalism, cleanliness and quality of work. Complete Comfort helped us when we really needed it!!
Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy.
