Called late on a Friday with an emergency. Mike answered my call and from the beginning he was very professional and was more than willing to do whatever he could to help. We needed a grease interceptor pumped ASAP on a short notice in a difficult area. We work through the details of access and what would it take to get the job done. His service guy showed up on time and completed the service with no issues and was very clean and professional. Mike made my emergency problem that popped up late on a Friday afternoon, Seem not so bad. In the end the problem is fixed and a disaster was averted.
