Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

You should definitely save their phone number because you just never know when you'll need their help.

Nick from Parvizal provided excellent customer service AND technical expertise in clearing my kitchen sinks yesterday.

He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.

Nick ensured everything was working perfectly and left the area cleaner than when he found it. Having a professional Parzival plumber made a big difference in this job.

I called this morning because my A/C was not working. The CSR said they could have someone here between 2:00-5:00PM.

They arrived at 2:00PM (wonderful!). Two technicians came out. They were polite, masked with booties. They quickly diagnosed the problem; provided a detailed explanation of repair with total cost.

Within the hour, the repair was completed and the A/C works perfectly. Thank you!
