Service tech., Matthew came to fix over flown toilet charge $125.00. Not working after he was gone. Another $500.00 was charged for next step ,hydro jet cleaning for nothing. Frustration and intimidation from this company. 'O' star with this company. Another company came up with better knowledge and experience, cleared the toilet.

Our toliet flooded, so we went to Google Reviews to search for a plumber. Mike replied within minutes. He was responsive, friendly and very professional. The city came to our place Friday at 3 to turn off the water because there was a noise coming from the water meter. Turned out the water line had punctures from a tree root. We called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone within an hour to fix the issue. With the rain, the job ended up taking a few days but they did the work, and got us up and running. Oscar was very professional and empathetic. He wanted to resolve the problem quickly. And even though it took longer, he honored the quote and did everything he could to get us water again. Really happy we got them over quickly and they gave us a very reasonable price. I think other companies would have kept increasing the price and taken advantage of the situation. Thank you so much for helping in our time of need!

Island Plumbing did a great job. They came to our rescue when our other plumber got sick and we needed to have work done so that we could close up a wall. We would give them six stars if possible. In addition doing good work they are responsive and communicative. Not only did they move hot and cold water line, a drain line and a gas line in a laundry room for us. We had them come back and do some extra work to the main incoming line to give us peace of mind. We will be using Island plumbing from now on.

Plumber was very experienced and shared a great product for keeping drains clear. Roto Rooter is always the best option so glad we got all fixed.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time.
