Owner Dave was cordial at first towards a repipe (probably because HOA paid the tab). During the repiping process, his workers were late + smoked in my garage, spilled coffee all my fridge, and damaged my belongings in the garage. I informed him of these issues as any homeowners would and instead of apologizing, he rudely questions me for messaging him. This guy is a joke and can't man up to mistakes. Furthermore, he sent an invoice for a water heater move and then declines a few days later stating its bad karma.

As the Los Angeles temperatures dropped toward what passes for cold in these here parts, we lit our wall furnace but discovered that our thermostat was no longer turning on the burner. We scheduled an appointment with socal, which gives 3-hour windows. Their service tech cyrus arrived at EXACTLY the start of our window, checked out the situation thoroughly, and determined that the wire had been cut between the thermostat and furnace (we'd had some old flooring removed and new flooring installed, and apparently somewhere along the line the wire, which ran under the floor, had been damaged).

We determined that the best course of action would be to install a new thermostat in a different location. cyrus told me that in honesty it's an easy DIY job and showed me how to do it, but when I made clear that no DIY job is easy for me (a handyman I am not), he got back to me later with a very reasonable quote to do the install himself, parts included. I set another appointment window, for which he arrived EARLY (having called ahead first to make sure it was a good time for me), and did the job neatly, effectively, and in good time.

So to sum up: cyrus and socal ph&ac did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and for the price they said they'd do it for, and they did it well. What more can you ask? I hope for no further heater issues any time soon, but if they arise, I won't hesitate to call them again.

We had Repipe1 replace the pipes in our home with pew pipes. The salesman seemed to know the layout of our home and knew what to expect. The repipe crew were super nice, made minimal holes, and cleaned up. The drywall crew did a great job and patched everything in one day. I dealt with Gerardo in their office, and he did a great job keeping me in the loop. I don’t plan on repiping again, but I would use Repipe1.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

Brothers hit the mark straight on! I called first and got an honest education about toilet replacement including best types, brands, and the logistics of installation. I ended up installing 3 new toilets. Jim- the owner, came with a crew who performed removal and installation with lightening speed. One can not afford to take short cuts when it comes to toilets and especially their installation. I would give 10 stars if it was an option. They’ve also done other work here and they were always professional and ethical. I recommend without any reservations!

Samuel fixed an extremely stubborn shower cartridge that did not want to come out. He communicated with me through the entire ordeal (yes it was an ordeal). He would not give up and tried many different methods before he was finally able to remove it. By removing it, he saved me the hassle and expense of replacing the entire valve. Will definitely be using Olson Superior Plumbing in the future.

Just purchased my home in Riverside and I needed some repairs to be done. Called Oscar and he came over and addressed all my issues. He was able to give me a reasonable estimate and completed the job professionally. All I can say is wife is happy, so happy wife happy life.
