Dave got Sergio out the same day to fix a sudden water pressure issue in our kitchen faucet. The water pressure is the best we’ve ever seen it- better than when we moved in two years ago! We also had a leak in the faucet hose line; Sergio showed me how to replace it myself once I was able to get the replacement. Took me 5 minutes today to install thanks to his tutorial! Overall I feel like we have a new kitchen sink :) definitely recommend Dave and the Great Park Plumbing crew!

Update 5/5: With young kids we tend to have back ups more than we’d like. We’ve used them multiple times, and each time we are happy with the job. Josh came out this time, arrived within an hour of calling on a Sunday, and cleared the back up quickly. Highly recommend calling these guys.

Having a plumbing/water emergency is everyone's nightmare! EHS was quick to help! Corey from the first call had a plumber to my house within an hour. When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. Shower handle broke early in the morning. Water continued to flow. Main shutoff to house was only means to stop the water. Olson took our urgent call and scheduled a service technician that afternoon. The problem was a broken cartridge which had snapped off. To extract the broken cartridge would normally require entering from the back of the shower or major tile work. The skilled technician was able to remove the broken cartridge with marginal impact to the tile and used a larger cover plate to make it look like new. The problem was solved in 2 back-to-back visits. I received timely text updates. They were very responsive to texts and calls.
