Their team was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly, and they also provided some advice on how to properly maintain the water heater to prevent future problems. Their level of professionalism and expertise was impressive, and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

A few months back we had an emergency back-up in our main line. Disgusting water was backing up out of our toilets and into our downstairs tub. A friend referred us to Michael who is the owner of Duggan Plumbing and Rooter Service and we could not have been more relieved. Having a plumbing/water emergency is everyone's nightmare! EHS was quick to help! Corey from the first call had a plumber to my house within an hour. When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I would definitely recommend this company for your emergency home solution.

We had Gilbert’s team do a full repipe of the house. These guys were awesome , arrived on time 8am and with professionalism finished our entire home by 2 . I wouldn’t choose anyone other than repipe 1 , and I’d request Gilbert’s team everytime!

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. Prompt, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. All you could ask for. They were able to respond to an emergency situation with a pipe burst in a wall. They knew what they were doing and were able to get right to the heart of the problem and fix it in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable fee. They were also able to present me with several options on what I might want to do going forward at different price points each with their own pros and cons.
