Owner Dave was cordial at first towards a repipe (probably because HOA paid the tab). During the repiping process, his workers were late + smoked in my garage, spilled coffee all my fridge, and damaged my belongings in the garage. I informed him of these issues as any homeowners would and instead of apologizing, he rudely questions me for messaging him. This guy is a joke and can't man up to mistakes. Furthermore, he sent an invoice for a water heater move and then declines a few days later stating its bad karma.

I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. They explained everything, was prompt, no mess, efficient and professional. Top quality plumbers and equipment. Price was high but I was glad to pay for the amazing service I received. Worth every penny :)

It was so nice to get a quick response for the leak under my sink and to handle it the issue right away. Plus getting a great value for the new water heater. We're doing an addition, and we needed some Heating and A/C help to see if our current system would handle the new square footage.

tim, the guy they sent out to do the quote was very friendly and honest about everything we needed done. He told us everything about our current system, and explained why we should replace what we have. He also explained why we could keep our existing system which is something the other guys didn't do.

tim , my main contact has been extraordinary. He was able to schedule our install while we were away in order for us to avoid having no heat for a few nights since in consideration of our one year old.

Overall, I'd certainly recommend these guys to anybody looking for HVAC help. also thanks to my installers edgar and demario they were super nice and helpful!

STAY AWAY! Company uses confusing form contract their own employees don't know how to fill out correctly. I'll save you some pain. 1. The company owner is named Danny, for when you request your deposit refund for crap work. 2. Expect them to come back twice to fix their bad work. 3. The refund check will BOUNCE, go to cash it instead at their bank - not yours. 4. Warn others to stay away from this place!

Shower handle broke early in the morning. Water continued to flow. Main shutoff to house was only means to stop the water. Olson took our urgent call and scheduled a service technician that afternoon. The problem was a broken cartridge which had snapped off. To extract the broken cartridge would normally require entering from the back of the shower or major tile work. The skilled technician was able to remove the broken cartridge with marginal impact to the tile and used a larger cover plate to make it look like new. The problem was solved in 2 back-to-back visits. I received timely text updates. They were very responsive to texts and calls.
