Excellent customer service! I decided to upgrade to an WiFi Thermostat and had everything installed on the wall, but couldn't figure out why no power was being routed to the thermostat. I re-wired everything several times and still had no power. I took several photos and sent them to socal to see if they could help out and sure enough, they were able to solve my problem almost instantly! The sales associate who helped me was Tim - who explained everything in great detail and even went the extra mile in providing his personal phone number in helping me quicker when I followed his solution. The issues revolved around the furnace and wiring not being properly installed. And BAM, the WiFi Thermostat worked like a charm! Socal PH&AC was very helpful and recommend them 110% to anyone with AC/Heater/Thermostat troubles!

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

Waking up to a leak is not a good start to the day. Very reasonable and honest. I thought my AC compressor was completely out while it was a much much smaller part costi g a whole lot less. Didn't try to sell me any other part or service, just replaced the part and was on his way. Great service, I will definitely call them again.

James was on time and very through with inspections and the process. He gave me various options and suggestions before starting the process and even lay out the complete pipeline situation on my house so I have a better understanding of why and how everything works. He even offered to clean the pipes and made sure everything worked the way it should.
