Vincent was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in clearing out the storm drain that was plugged up from two decades of mud, roots, and debris. While he explained that clearing out the drain depends on the cause and the drainage pipe condition, he did promise he would give the world to clear it. The world he sure gave. I was watching him how hard he worked on a mission to clear the drain and it did make the difference to clear out the stubborn 20-year old clog. I was skeptical in the beginning when he claimed he was the best of the bests in the field, but after the job I'm fully convinced he lives up to that reputation.
