I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. They explained everything, was prompt, no mess, efficient and professional. Top quality plumbers and equipment. Price was high but I was glad to pay for the amazing service I received. Worth every penny :)

David Miller is honest, hardworking, the perfect plumber. He was involved in my complete kitchen overall in 2011, so glad to have met him. He did the plumbing, the appliance instillation, a new window, a tankless water heater.

Great experience with island Plumbing. First, I am always impressed when workers show up on time. Also nice to receive a ‘heads-up’ text before arriving. Small things count. Zach arrived on time, neat and professional looking. He took the time to educate me about why my new toilet was leaking. He installed the new toilet in no time and removed my old toilet for me which was a huge help as I am a senior. I will be utilizing this company in the future.

My AC unit had a leak and I was told that the most efficient way to have the AC running again was to add more freon. However, the leak was more severe than they thought so the technicians decided to locate and fix the leak, and now the issue is fixed permanently.

We had repipe one repipe our house with PEX about 9 years ago and we have been happy with the results ever since. We recently had some apparent water leak so call RepipeOne to come inspect. We got thorough assessment and determination no issue with the water piping and we provided information on other possible issues--that helped us pinpoint the problem. I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.
