Manny was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He was able to propose a solution that was non-intrusive and fixed the issue.

I had my town home re-piped and it required my luxury vinyl flooring to be removed. I specifically asked the guys if they were sure they knew how to remove them without damaging it so that I could dry them out and fit them back in and they said yes. They ended up ripping the floors out and completely damaging them. This has now cost me almost $1000 to get new flooring. I complained to repipe 1 office and spoke to the owner called David Tash. He promised to email me an estimate proposal to cover the flooring cost but never did. Now i call the office everyday and they keep saying David is not available. Eventually they said that they have decided not to cover the cost. This is so unfair and I am so upset about this. I will never use this company again and I advise you all to stay far away from them. They need to be accountable for damages caused and take ownership of it.

Nick from Parvizal provided excellent customer service AND technical expertise in clearing my kitchen sinks yesterday.

He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.

Vincent was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in clearing out the storm drain that was plugged up from two decades of mud, roots, and debris. While he explained that clearing out the drain depends on the cause and the drainage pipe condition, he did promise he would give the world to clear it. The world he sure gave. I was watching him how hard he worked on a mission to clear the drain and it did make the difference to clear out the stubborn 20-year old clog. I was skeptical in the beginning when he claimed he was the best of the bests in the field, but after the job I'm fully convinced he lives up to that reputation. Rotor Rooter, please train all your servicemen to be like Vincent who sets a new customer satisfaction standard by which others should be measured.
