Can’t say enough about Zoom Drain and the crew who helped us get our problem solved ...I had major drain issues on one side of my home and had a few quotes that were outrageous, and various piece meal repair jobs over the years that never solved the issue. Zoom drain did an excellent job and were very honest when small damage in a sprinkler pipe occurred - they came out immediately to fix and check the line. From the beginning call to Steve, who continued to follow up through-out, to Paul and Ian who performed the work, they were fantastic, honest and kind. Sadly it just seems so rare these days ....

I wanted to install a water filtration system in our townhome. It was sold as DIY direct from the manufacturer, but there was zero chance of that once I started looking at the project. After three months of staring at the boxes, I finally pulled the trigger with Patriot Plumbing. The installation involved cutting into a garage wall to access the main water line and installing thirty or more feet of pipe up and down the walls and ceiling! James, the technician, was courteous and professional, as was MJ at the main office. I’ll call them again when something else comes up. :-)

We called Roto-Rooter when our water heater died and they sent Hasan (7275) to check on it and he was able to replace it during the same visit. Fantastic customer service and Hasan was very friendly! He helped make an otherwise unpleasant experience of not having hot water very enjoyable.

Our kitchenette was leaking water in our office. He helped us get that fixed. Also we had an emergency at another time where we accidentally hit a nail through a pipe. We were very scared, he was actually reachable immediately and got that fixed very quickly.
