This is the second time Shannon S. came to the house. This time he replaced shut off valves and installed a faucet in the bathroom. He was on time, very thorough and thoughtful in his approach. He walked me through the process and made sure the job was done properly! Also followed COVID protocols. Will definitely request Shannon again!!

Very reasonable and honest. I thought my AC compressor was completely out while it was a much much smaller part costi g a whole lot less. Didn't try to sell me any other part or service, just replaced the part and was on his way. Great service, I will definitely call them again.

I need a 6th star! I ordered a new fridge but it couldn’t be installed because the ancient water valve was frozen. Peak West owner Mustafa came the same day and fixed it, then hooked up the new fridge. After he finished I asked about a knocking sound coming from the water heater. He suspected it was excess water pressure. Boy was he right! Twice the maximum pressure! Another plumber had previously fixed a couple of leaks and recommended we replace all our “cheap” copper piping. Mustafa said the pipes were fine, it was the excess pressure that was the problem. He installed a water pressure regular and saved me thousands of dollars (and incredible headaches) since I didn’t need to replace all of our pipes. So honest! Easy to communicate with, too. Very nice, explains what he does and why. I can’t recommend him enough!
