He was helpful and thorough with his work; he managed to unclog the bathtub in a few minutes and gave me a decent quote for the service. He didn't try to upsell me anything. We have loved Troy since we had our house addition done 15 years ago. If we need anything done he is the only one we call to work on our home now. He completely repiped our entire house, installed everything that had to do with water and also put in a tankless water heater. He is also the only one that works on my parents and my grandmas home. He is very honest and you won’t be dissatisfied.

I called Sam to get an estimate to paint my house. Sam was so nice and professional. He came over to my house that day and I had the proposal the following day. His pricing was so reasonable we agreed to the proposal and he got the job done in 2 days. We asked him to also change the faucet in the downstairs bathroom. He updated our proposal and went to buy supply’s to get it done for us right away. I really appreciated his honestly and transparency. He even showed us how much he bought the faucet for and only charged for labor. I will definitely be contacting him in the future and have recommended him to our friends and family.
