When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I would definitely recommend this company for your emergency home solution.

Had Kevin out to do a heater tune up on my system. To start the office staff was very polite and professional they kept me updated through the whole process. Kevin showed up on time which is un heard of. He explained exactly what he was doing and educated me through the whole process he was very organized and clean and when it came to recommendations He was not pushy. We decided to up date our ductwork and registers. The installers were very professional and clean. The price was very competitive and I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Wow! I have nothing but good things to say about Bluefrog. I have used them many times in the past for various plumbing repairs and most recently had them replace my old water heater. We suffered a leak in our first-floor bathroom due to a broken pipe. We had to shut off the water to our entire building. Scott was quickly able to find the problem. The drywall had to be cut to expose the pipe and the leaking section had to be replaced. He took the time to explain the questions as well. He is always well-organized, on time and professional, and he solves problems. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

Had the best experience with Patriot Plumbing from the first phone call to the end of the job. Communication is excellent, scheduling is easy. MJ (in the office) is professional, responsive, thorough and really personable.

My washing machine had malfunctioned and when installers were trying to hook up water lines to a new machine I was told that the entire water system hookup had to be replaced.

Patriot sent out Fred to analyze and repair. He was on time, professional, communicative, and respectful. He was very clear and detailed in our discussion. He determined that only the hookup valves for hot and cold water needed to be replaced. He also discovered that the water main valve was defective, but functional and recommended against replacement because it was costly and unnecessary at this time.

He was thorough and meticulous in his work. I also found him to be very personable and trustworthy.

I had such a good experience that I'm now having Patriot give me an estimate on mitigation and repair of extensive water damage which was created by the old machine malfunction. They are very experienced working with insurance companies and I am confident that I can trust them to be honest and to do excellent work going forward.

I took the day off so that I'm home when the work is being done, just to find out that they cannot make it due to other work backed up and asked if I could reschedule for another day. Never happened to us with other services. Very unprofessional.

Auxariera and his brother came out to upgrade our water heater to a tankless water heater . they exceeded beyond on getting the job done . They did not give up when there was few bits of bumps on this job. They did not quit they were determined to insure the job was handle professionally with care. They went beyond to make sure we got our hot water back. Very happy on result.
