There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

You should definitely save their phone number because you just never know when you'll need their help.

Expensive but bad warranty service. Spend $349 to change AC capacitor on a 3 years old Carrier AC. Promised their capacitor will last 10 years at least but broken again in 4 years. They donn't honor the warranty at all. Could just spend $120 on some other HVAC service.

Everyone was very professional, respectful and responded quickly. I was very impressed with the level of amazing customer service support. They were at my house within a couple hours of me calling them for help. The technician Saul was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a lot of grease in our pipes so he wasn’t able to clear the clog in our kitchen sink. He recommended the Hydro Jett. Again, the Hydro Jett technician was there quickly and finished in less than an hour. I’m impressed with the quality of employees that work for rooter hero. However, the reason for the 2 stars and I would have only given 1 star, but the employees were so amazing. But, the cost of the service was astronomical. I researched the service Hydro Jetting and we paid double what others in our area charged for the same service. I recommend you research before paying the company prices.

I have been using J&M plumbers for over 2 years now, they are prompt , honest and the moat important thing is that they know what they are doing. I highly recommend them for anyone that needs urgent services as they always make themselves available. They also cover a large service area which is always a plus

I have been using them for 20 years in three locations always had excellent service a bit expensive, but worth the peace of mind. However, in the last six months, they have gone totally downhill I have not had hot water in my laundry for five days. I waited six hours on Thursday And the technician refused to use the roof access which you know other one has done in the last 20 years they rescheduled for Friday. I brought a ladder this time. This technician showed up after eight hour wait he did, however get the boiler started but it only lasted three hours , I had no hot water over the weekend called on Monday and was given another all day appointment. I asked if I waited till the next day could you make me first thing in the morning so I wouldn’t have to wait all day. They said sure we’ll have someone there at 9:30. It’s now 1 o’clock and no one has showed up I called back and they’re waiting for someone to get free. I was supposed to be the first one I guess after 20 years of loyalty that means nothing to them. I’m going to have to find another company.
