Best Waste Treatment in Indianapolis IN

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Indianapolis Plumber
These are true professionals, from the first call to scheduling of the visit and finally the actual technicians, it was all a great experience. The final price was on the expensive side, however, I expended about 40% of what they charged me on a cheap repair that lasted only a few months, so at the end it would've been better to call them from the beginning and pay for a job done right the first time and save money on the long run.

Max Haas Septic Service Plumber
Nice people on the phone, but feel duped. Needed Max Haas to provide a septic system inspection.

Tech came to home and said he couldn't find the septic tank. Part that is tough to swallow is that we were charged the septic system inspection fee and needed it paid before Max Hass would let us know they could not perform the inspection.

Feel that the Tech was just unqualified for the task needing performed and they should not have taken the money for him to drive out and not do any work.

very odd and out $

We hired another Septic company in area and they found the tank with no issue.

Edit - Angela with Max Haas has made this right. as stated before...very nice to talk to. Tech just seemed unqualified for this task.
